Hold A+B+C+Start on controller 2 and then reset the game. When the Sega logo appears, release the buttons and immediately hold Up on on controller 2. While still holding, press the Start button on controller 1 to skip the intro and start the game. When Simone starts talking, you release the Up button. Now, when continuing or starting a new game, wait until Simone says her last line (if it’s a new game, she has 3 lines. If continuing, she has 1 line) and hold the following buttons. If done right, the screen will fade and it will load into the debug menus. Additionally, regardless of the debug option selected, the main character will have max stats and if hold A+B+C after any attack, you’ll automatically win the entire battle when you go back to the battle screen.

Start a new game and go to the Name Your Character screen. Put the cursor on end and hold: Start+A+B+C on 2P while holding: Start+A+C on 1P. You will see another character. Continue this until to name all characters or until you please.
